The word disability, according to World Health Organization, "means any restriction or lack ( resulting from an impairment) of ability to perform an activity in the manner or within the range considered normal for a human being. " Usually used terms such as "invalid", "disabled" and nothing further to define, as are people with different skills or need special social inserted into the core. worth noting that human rights are universal, political, civil, economic, social and cultural rights belong to all human beings, including the people with different skills that they should enjoy their human rights or fundamental freedoms on equal terms with others society, without discrimination of any kind.
