The food is all liquid or solid foodstuffs consumed at different times of day. Once ingested by a living organism, provide elements for normal nutrition and allow conservation. However, consumption of substances that make up a meal also performed fruitive purposes or rewarding. Humans made several meals a day, and the number and content of each of these depends on a number of factors such as environmental (geographical, seasonal) and social (ideology, religion, education, income). All these factors can be included in another: the culture.
